Do you really manufacture in Britain? 
Absolutely. Unlike other fastener distributors, we manufacture everything. Visit our Bristol factory to see our capabilities.

Do you offer traceability?  
All our commercial product is batch traceable accompanied with the traceability of our raw material. Batch certification, raw material certification and certificates of conformity can accompany each order.

I only have a sample; how fast can it be manufactured?  
We can work from samples and even make recommendations if necessary. Manufacturing time is dictated by many factors including quantities, complexity, etc.  However, the average turnaround time is around 30 days.

Do you accept drawdown purchase orders?  
Yes, we do, and we currently have this system for many clients.  Based on the overall purchase order, we will manufacture all the requirements of the purchase order at once and then dedicate stock space for our clients. The orders can then be called down by a client at a moment’s notice.

Why are your fasteners different?  
Because we manufacture, we control all the processes. For instance, we spend hours polishing our product in a bespoke method. This polishing gives our fasteners a stunning, mirror-like finish that our customers demand.

Why are there are no prices on your website?
We price every job according to the client’s requirements.  It is very much a one-to-one service that we offer, so we can achieve competitive pricing and fulfil the remit.
